IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca, Italy
The IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca invites applications for 3 tenure-track positions, starting as assistant professor and, after 1 to 3 years, to get tenure as associate professor (this is the RTDb contract of the italian system). The recruited scholars will significantly contribute to shaping the EADS program.

The IMT School offers:
- a very low teaching load (20hrs/year for assistant prof, 60hrs/year for associate prof, all and only at PhD level),
- a great opportunity to build your own research group (on average 2 fixed term researchers for each permanent faculty member and 4 phd students),
- basic unconditional research money (3k per year) and generous research grants on a competitive basis.
Both positions are eligible for income tax waivers granted to researchers of any nationality that have been working outside Italy in the last 3 years (with effective increase in net wage of about 40% for 6 to 13 years).
