These positions are part of a newly funded project by the Austrian Science fund (FWF), which will start in March 2023. In this project, daily interactions between citizens and public-serving organizations will be researched. Several empirical studies will be conducted focusing on how these interactions are influenced by the organizational reputation of public-serving organizations, as well as stereotypes about public servants.
